Main Point Pankrac

Main Point Pankrac in Prague is a complex of five, ten-story buildings, each with a rounded triangle shape.

The use of double-coated products with a self-cleaning coating on external surface and high performance solar control coating on internal surface provides not only excellent visibility, but also very good solar control and thermal insulation.

The Prague Main Point Pankrac is a construction where the emphasis has been put on the unique energy efficiency of the building. It is confirmed by the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certificate in the highest category – Platinum. It is the first office building in the Czech Republic that met the requirements of this LEED category.
